Parents: After you are advised that your son has been selected for the Tyke 2 Rep Team, please ensure that you submit your detailed Contact information to the Head Coach or the Team Manager. Contact information should include full address, e-mail address, secondary e-mail address (if applicable), home phone number, cell phone number, and Emergency Contact information (Name, Relationship and contact phone number).
Once a player has been selected for the Tyke 2 Rep team, it is very important for parents to download the Medical Information form from the Team Documents section of this site, and provide the Team with a complete and detailed report. Ensure that you indicate any medical issues that team staff need to be aware of, such as Nut allergies, Asthma, hearing or eyesight issues, Medic Alert jewellry, prescription medications, etc. The Team Trainer needs to review these forms for each player, so the Team can be fully prepared for any medical issues that might arise.
Important: You must provide this medical report, before the player can participate in practices or games.
On April 10th, 2012, the excitement begins as your Tyke 2 Hawks take the floor for their first practice. These elite athletes will proudly wear the Oakville Blue and gold and represent the Association with class and good sportsmanship. Along the way, we want them to have a very enjoyable experience-These are the memories we want them to cherish.
