There are a variety of ways that someone can receive certification to be a trainer.  Even a hockey trainer's card will be accepted to register as a trainer.  Please look to the links provided for first aid training here in the Halton area.  Many are one day courses that can provide you with the certificate that you require.  If you are a nurse, doctor, firefighter or EMS, a copy of your professional wallet card would be sufficient to supply as documentation with your registration form.
