Registration dates have been extended due to popular demand.  We invite all current members and all new players to register on our final registration day.

FEBRUARY 25TH @ 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
OAKVILLE TOWN HALL - TRAFALGAR ROOM

PLEASE NOTE:  For those players intending to tryout for a rep team, you must be registered in order to have your player card registered with the OLA.

Current Coaches and Trainers:  If you have not signed your coach or trainers card you can do so on February 25th.

If you missed the registration dates and cannot make it on the 25th please contact our registrar, Lisa Caron at registrar@oakvillelacrosse.com

ALL NEW PLAYERS (girls field, boys field or box) require proof of age at the time of registration.

Please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate, passport or new health card.

NOTE:  If you have played box and are a NEW Field Player this year, please bring a copy of your child's birth certificate, passport or new health card. 

Payment can be made by either CASH or CHEQUE  (payable to the OMLA)
NO DEBIT or CREDIT CARDS
